Is it time to ditch the traditional ‘windows’ interface and mouse in exchange for these multi-touch pads?

I agree that multi-touch desktops like HP’s TouchSmart PC’s can’t be used for long hours without arm strain. It would be like doing that wax on, wax off thing in karate kid while working.
